About

Karen NevilleKaren Neville

East Freo founder of ‘first breath art and wellbeing’ delivers healing services to the people in the Fremantle and surrounding communities.

When Karen turned six, her mother arranged for a visiting Indian monk to teach her to meditate. An experience that was magical and is treasured.

When Karen reached her early twenties, she became a qualified masseuse and studied reiki, touch for health and reflexology.

Karen kept her passion for hands on therapy while enjoying a rewarding professional career but last year decided to go back to the work she is most passionate about – creativity integrated with healing therapies.

Starting with relaxation and meditation classes for women, it wasn’t long before Karen combined her lifetime passion for art into the mix. Karen runs half and full day art and wellbeing retreats at her home and from her studio and ‘first breath art and wellbeing’ treatment room is located in East Fremantle at Plymptons.
